if your print workshop has cd with it install it then choose the template for business cards , design it and print. If your cards do not have cd with it you will have to go to openoffice.org download what you need to create the business cards. Hope this helps if it does'nt repost I will be watching for it.
Verify no pieces of the card paper are missing and try printing on plain paper to make sure. Then try new card paper and make sure none of the perforations are separated.
I had this problem today and think I've figured it out. Take a sheet of plain paper and two little pieces ot clear 'scotch' tape. Tape the blank sheet behind the business cards at the top/feeder edge and try again. You may need to tweak it a bit more but it stops it from printing so far up.
go into your printers folder from the start menu on your computer. right click on your printer folder and select printer preferences. Under the page setup tab you can select the paper size and type of printing you want. if you select the card type you should be able to print business cards
I have an HP PSC1315 which is virtually the same printer. I actually created my own template where 10 business cards are printed as if it were one sheet of paper(like a poster). Of course you you can't select how many cards print, or which card to start on, but at least I get 10 perfectly centered cards.
