It's a fuser error. Fuser may need replacing, and fuser codes can only be reset by a technician, to prevent further damage

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

I have problem with Aficio 220 Ricoh Japan machine and fault is like this SC541 (Fusing thermistor open A level) please help me. my email is auk270@gmail.com

Verify your fusing lamp or thermofuse and replace it if necessary

If your circuit is correct, replace the power supply unit

Don't forget reset code :

Enter SP 5-810 (SC code

reset) and select "1". Then hold

down the Photo mode key and

the 7 key at the same time for

at least 3 seconds (this does

not require the main switch to
be turned off and on).

Hello, We have a Ricoh Aficio AP410N Laser printer. It stoped working and gives the error code SC514. Resetting it didn't help. Could you please advise? Many thanks

There is no SC514 on an AP410N. Do you mean SC541? SC541 is a fuser code that a technician has to reset. It could be something as simple as a power spike, or it could be a dirty sensor or a blown board.

Error Code SC541

The Fuser Thermister is not working properly. The Fuser may need to be replaced or the two Thermisters need to be replaced on the fuser. This is what the code is calling for. A local Ricoh tech should have these parts. Hope this helped!
