Does the problem persist even when not using the Action replay? If not, it's definitely a problem with the Action Replay. Probably a bad cheat code, or corrupt data. I would suggest hooking it up to your PC and re-downloading the data you're trying to use.
Action replay is like a virus it kills your games in other words it isnt orginally tested or used well thats why your game doesnt work try not using it much use it in games you dont care lsing data or new unstarted ones. dont use it anymore on anilmal crossing maybe itl work better now.
what are you using for cheats are you using a website or action replay. if you are using an action replay it should save automatically but only when the action replay is in. If you are using a website it does not normally save for you
The problem is that the games or the ds action replay game slot is unfunctional. If it is the AR, just start up the action replay and eject it. Then put the game in, and start playing. To enter codes, leave the AR in and enter the codes. after you enter codes, the AR will save atomaticly.
okay the same dang thing happened to me and i do have an answer but make sure you keep this in mind in the future the most likely reason that happened was while the action replay was saving you turned your game off don't do that i did it twice and well it sucks big time but in case you do it again save this to your desktop by copying and pasting on a notepad okay! the fix is simple: Try resetting the hardware by following these steps: 1/ With the console powered off, hold A+B. 2/ Power up the console while still holding A+B. 3/ As soon as the Nintendo screen is displayed, before our screen stating this product is not endorsed by Nintendo, press and hold Start and Select while keeping hold of A+B. 4/ Continue to hold these buttons until the Main Action Replay screen is displayed, then release. Your product is reset, and will accept codes once more.
also afterwards you need to know a game id ill give you my metroid game's click add new game and type in a letter or two randomly and click the next button thingy then type in
AMHE-187B29B5 and click next after that have your game in the action replay and start the game up as soon as you see your games beginning credits you can switch off the ds and it will then be able to be updated!
also after you fix your ds spread this on forums like this one as answers to people's questions so that other people won't spend forever finding an answer like we did!
