Im am trying to install a veo stingray to my computer but it's not going through and is not connecting

Please first check if your Operating System is compatible with your camera:
  • Start>right click Computer>Properties and you will enter System where under Windows Edition is name of your Operating System.
  • The camera you have is compatible with Microsoft Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
  • If you are running a latter edition of Operating System, then you probably need other camera. I also recommend you contact manufacturer to provide you update if available.
It is good to know that at installing a camera, you need to plug in the camera, insert CD with driver software and start installation (double click on "exe." file within files on the disc: Computer>DVD drive double click, double click on ".exe" file and confirm/allow). Unplug the camera and restart your computer after installing. Then plug in the camera again-should be automatically recognized.

I am looking for the driver to download.

Since you have not included the Operating System, I ll provide a link for you to download th Driver for these Operating Systems.
Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows XP (64 bit), Windows 2003, Windows Vista
This driver is obsolete however. Webcam seems an obsolete product as well. This Driver does not support Windows 7
Please scroll down to locate your Drivers.
Driveguide Driver Lists
Please include the Operating System and Version next time. Please Backup your System before installing the Driver to avoid System Instabilities. Create a System Restore Point as well.
How to back up the System State
  1. Click on Start menu and Click on RUN (or Skip if you have the search bar in the Start Menu)
  2. Type in ntbackup and hit enter (you can type this in thesearch bar in other operating systems such as Vista. Hit enter when it finds and shows it to you)
  3. Click on Advanced Mode.
  4. Click on the Backup Tab.
  5. Locate the System State option and check the Checkbox.
  6. Browse and provide a Backup Location. Has to be a separate Partition. Will need some space as well. ThenStart the backing up. Will take 20-30 minutes depending on the Size of your System Related files and theRegistry.
How to create a System Restore Point
  1. Get the RUN box as I have explained earlier.
  2. Type in this and hit enter. /restore/rstrui.exe
  3. Click on Create a Restore Point.
  4. Provide a Descriptive Name and Click on Create to Create it.
Feel free to contact me again...
Thanks for using Fixya!

What drivers do I need to down load for my veo advance cntV5 webcam . It is not showing clearly

it's quite a tricky one, but here is the solution(i have tested and it works):
-hold down shift and disable the autorun;
-insert the driver cd; don't use the autoplay menu;
-browse the cd (root directory) and look for autorun.exe;
-right click on autorun.exe -->properties;
-go to the 'compatibility' tab and thick the "run this program in compatibility mode" and select you operating system (usually windows xp -service pack2)
-apply the settings --> ok
-run the .exe again and install it as per normal.
