Control locked light is on and wont clear to get to work

Resoldered all LEDs to correct(mostly) a dead control with interior light . Cleaned corrosion from ribbon sockets but lights occasionally flicker when functioning. Pull power for 30 min to be able to use dryer but control lock light eventually comes on and beeps even while running. Once stopped it will not clear or start.. when I can get to the test menu all works and no errors. What is next ?

Well, I could be wrong, but is sounds like a bad control module or control console (keypad).

The relay or switch may be shorting, check other door lock controls for correct function, this will rule out relay and isolate the switch or rule out master switch and isolate relay.

Press and hold the end of cycle button for 15 seconds this should clear it.

Press 'drain' & 'spin' together for 3 seconds to see if it clears. This is your control panel lock.
If not cleared unplug the washer & wait for 30 minutes for the CCU (computer) to reset.

bottom button on last row on right side of control panel depress and hold for 3 seconds it should activate or deactivate control lock if this does not help you could have a faulty control panel

find button with lock emblem hold 3-5 secs if will not clear suspect either bad interface(buttons ) or bad connection or broken wire between front panel and interconnect on main control

ck buttons for small lock emblem think end of cycle signal ..hold down 3-5 secs

if it is duet hold the end of the cyle button and it will re set
