Question about Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 Web Cam
I already tried everything I can think of, and I am still can't install my camara, every time I put the cd software it send me to reboot and I did it, and when the computer starts, the installation starts all over again, and send me to reboot again, and again and again, so next time that did ask me to reboot I click no, and the software started to installed, but the camara did'nt work the message said is used by another aplication,i did the clean reboot and did'nt work either, i download the last version of the software to update drives, and nothing, I download a webcam diagnostic tool and every thing looks fine, but I am still can't install it. what can be wrong? I reboot the computer and desconect cables, I even download another program for webcams and my camara worked fine, but it was just a demo, so at least I know the camara works, is just the software that don't work or something in my computer. I don't want to pay more to get another software. can you help me please?
Remove the driver from device manager and uninstall the software. I would also check in the registry for any files and delete them. Then reboot and try to install again. Make sure not to plug in the webcam until the software prompts you to.
