Question about Sony Wireless Controller for PS3
My dual access ps3 controller won't connect even with usb chord plugged in, The lights will flash red when I hit ps button, but they turn off and nothing happens. The controller worked fine, but recently has started doing this. Any clues on what's wrong with it?

SOURCE: can't get it to connect to ps3
i don't know where you bought it but you should have gotten a usb receiver with your controller. you need that to be plugged into your ps3 and synch with your controller. here is the step by step from the beginning
go down to the bottom of the page and look at the manual. and as you can see the controller comes with a matching usb receiver

The controller comes with a little USB dongle that needs to be plugged into the PS3 controller port before it will sync with the PS3.
