Question about Computers & Internet
I own a Toshiba Satellite A200, and for no reason the wireless adapter stopped functioning, it would not detect my wireless router. Connecting directly via hard line to my router allows me to connect to the Internet just fine, just not using wireless.
I have Windows update on all time to download whatever it needs, I had left my laptop and by the time I got back it had just stopped working, I'm not sure if Windows Update caused it, I just thought it's worth mentioning.
When I checked the Device Manager, ''The device cannot start. (Code 10)'' was on the adapters properties page, when I connected to the hardware website, I managed to get the device driver and try to re-install it after uninstalling the older one, the driver installs successfully, however, when I rescan for new hardware the same thing happens again.
The wireless adapter is Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN.
Would really appreciate help in thins problem and it is driving mad.
