Question about Canon CanoScan 8400F Flatbed Scanner
When I scan color, it doesn't matter where I position the item to scan,
I get a yellow streak through the scan. The streak is so bad that I can
even adjust or tone it out of my photo. The scanner is an Epson
Perfection 3490 Photo scanner, only 2 years old. It used to work great.
Can you tell me what is wrong and how to approach fixing it? Thanks so
Crysti Esper I've been using the CanoScan 8400F for a few years with no problems. Suddenly I started getting a yellow streak down the right side of the page on all color scans. It seems to be getting larger. I've emailed Cannon, but so far to no avail
