Question about Samsung SGH-D600 Cellular Phone
The LCD screen is cracked. I can get a replacement at a reasonable price, but need to know how to replace it. Without removing the sliding section from the base, I removed two small screws at the top (camera area), and then unsnapped connectors along both sides, separating the outer plastic screen cover from the sliding section. However, at the bottom, around the joypad, things are still connected. It doesn't feel like it will just unsnap down there. (I don't want to break it trying!) Anyone know how it comes apart at the joypad?
You must take the back cover of and remove the six screws to access the lower portion of the phone. Once you've done this remove the qwerty keypad. When you slide the phone back down you should see the back of the slider and two additional screws. Good luck.
