Question about Garmin NUVI 360 GPS Receiver
My Garmin nuvi screen cracked.Could I open it up, match the glass or plastic and replace? Or am I better off turning it over to a shop? My Garmin Nuvi 360 screen is cracked. It turns on when plugged in, andscreen lights up. However screen is totally unresponsive to touch. How do I remove screen, and where can i find a replacement. I already paid the $9.99 for the expert assistance, but have heard nothing back.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Your only reasonable solutions are:
1) Send it back to Garmin for repair, which will probably cost you more than the unit is worth, or...
2) Check CraigsList or other places for good deals. The prices on these things have been in nose-dive mode for months and you're liable to find a very good deal for very little money. (I just bought a StreetPilot C330 for $50 from CraigsList last week.)

i am wondering why you want to open it.
There are some small parts that will fall out unless you are very careful and even more difficult to put back when you try and close it up
. Other than to change the battery there are no fuses or user repairable parts inside.
