Question about GPX MW3837 MP3 Player
My mp3 shows 56 songs on but when i try to veiw all 56 song using window media player it only shows me there are only 2 songs all 56 songs play however when i try to add new songs it deletes the songs stored 1st and only shows new uploads. The file view on the computer shows 254 out of 956 mb used but there are no files, hidden or otherwise, to account for all this used space, only a couple of .5 mb songs, 3 .alb files that are no more than 1 kb each, and a 3 line .xml file.
Plug your mp3 into the computer using your usb cable. Open windows explorer and click on drive "E". it might be different on different computers but a little playig around should find it. Then by trolling through it you should find all the files available on your mp3. Your problem was created by removing it from the computer without using the safety hardware removal. I still have not found a simple method to rectify this problem.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
