Psp wont charge or tunr on

Did you put the battery back in? Just checking. This sometimes happens with the PSP's. The charger it's self looses the ground. Try plugging in a car charger, or use a charger that will charge the battery out of the PSP.

Psp 3000 doesnt want to charge

More than likely your charger is broken. If the charger has any lights on it, see if they turn on when the charger is plugged into an outlet. If the lights don't turn on, try another outlet. If the lights still won't come on, you need a new charger.

If the lights work, or your charger doesn't have any try using a different charger and see if the PSP will charge. If not, then the actual connection within your PSP is shot, or there was a short in your system.

My psp wont charge

The psp isn't made to charge from usb by default, if you see that small yellow plug in on the either the side or the bottom, you should have a ac adaptor that came with it to plug in there.

My sony psp go wont charge...

Try a different outlet in the wall, it might be the outlet. If it isn't the outlet, maybe it's the power cord. Try to use someone else's PSP charger and see if it works. If it If it's not that, then it's your PSP. If you had it since launch then it will cost $90 to get fixed.

PSP chager

Try a different outlet in the wall, it might be the outlet, if it isn't the outlet, maybe it's the power cord or the battery. If it's not that, then it's your PSP. You'll have to send it to sony for a new one if you want it replaced and if youve had it for over year you're going to have to pay $90. ------The fact that it turns off when the USB DC-in is connected and that it will not power up without the battery lead me to think that either the USB charging cable is just not supplying enough amps to run the psp standalone nor charge the battery very quickly, or something is odd in the PSP itself. I'm guessing when you plug something into the DC-in socket and it detects 5V then it switches to that as a source, if the USB cant supply the current it wants then it shuts down (just a guess).

Charger?

As far as linloo goes the connector (the yellow part on your psp) sounds like it's going bad or it is bad. You can find it on the net for repair and should cost more than $4-7.

Do you have access to another psp? Okay so you say you have tried plugging it into different outlets. It could be the adapter (charger might be bad) But the only way to test this is to put your charger on another psp to see if it charges. And vise versa with the other person charger on your psp.

And just in case you may want to check the battery and or the conector. By doing the same method I just said.
