Question about Sony Handycam DCR-SR82 Camcorder
I have had this camcorder for over a year and have filled up the hard drive (60GB) because I cannot get the video over to my MacBook pro to work. I have Leopard OS and I life 08. I was able to move all the clips over once but they wont even move into I Life, For whatever reason, IPhoto opens when I hook up the camcorder. I close it and open IMovie myself. Seems like it should open immediately. I try dragging and they kick out, I copy-paste, no effect. I downloaded M-Peg streamclip (heard I might need it) and have no idea how to use it. Do you drop the film into it, does it recognize the film when you open it. I am more Windows literate and consider this Mac one of my biggest mistakes ever. I truly need a step by step procedural list to make this work. Thanks for any help you can provide.
