Question about Dell InspironTM 1501 Notebook
My dell 530s is locked up,I plugged it back in after 5 months, has a black screen asking for a password, I did not put in a password....Help!!!
I appears you have a Power on Password, the password is stored on an EEPROM chip and removing the BIOS battery will not reset or remove the password.
Try this password - Dell
