Sansa won't play songs

My sansa won't turn on i tried loading pictures to my device but most of them read... unsupported media format please visit www.sa...support/sansa and when i go to the site it's a shopping site. can anyone help me with this??

    sansa mp3 won't allow me to view my pictures and music skips. It states to visit a web site then the web site is an online store.. I need help please! To get expert advice the sansa company reqires 19.99 to 39.99. I already purchased this useless device for #90.00 plus tax I am not wishing to invest more in this sad company....

you device should support these video formats. MPEG4, WMV, H.264 and DivX.
anything else won;t play
