relay is located on front bumber frame on drivers side, can be seen through grill also seen if you remove driver side head lamp and look left. Unit is rivited to bumper with one rivit. Best access is done by removing the entire front nose assembly. With some common sense, it takes 15 minutes to remove entire front and relay sits right in front of you

Where is the cooling fan relay at on a 2000 avalon

It could be located in one of the fuse boxes under the hood. Search ebay for "toyota cooling fan relay" you will see all the images of all possible relays. It could be an amplifier relay from under the dash or two relays (low fan and high fan) relays under the hood. See what matches your problem. Always read the diagram on the back of the fuse box cover to match the fan relay.

Cooling fan stopped in my tanning bed. how do i fix it

If it has the 3 prong connector like in the pciture above than its a interchangeable part. yay!

bust out your ruler and measure the diameter of the fan
typically in computers they run 60mm, 80mm, and 120mm

you can buy any fan size you need here

NBM fan is too noisy. Is it possible it has overheated?

Most Likely a bearing is going bad in the fan - unfortunate with such low hours - but probable. Make sure nothing is hitting the fan blades on either side of the fan - if not, then definitely a bad bearing and the fan will need to be replaced. TOYOTA CAMRY 1990 COOLING SYSTEM

First use a test light and make sure you are getting voltage to the fan with the ignition key on and the ac selector in on position. If no voltage check fuse in fusebox or (in linefuse ), If fuses are good check the fan relay switch. If all are good check for broken wire or bad ground. If you are getting voltage to the fan motor or the test light lights up then chances are you have a bad fan motor.
