Question about Logitech Mini Optical Mouse

USB Mice don't work @ all

I have a Sony VAIO VGN-CR220E running Windows Vista Premium and I have tried to use a USB mouse so I can use it rather than the finger pad, I have tried it in all 3 USB ports and I have tried 3 different USB mice! I believe it is one of the microsoft updates but I dont know which one it is but there are some updates that can't be removed and i dont know if it is one of those! Any help would be appreciated!!!

GO INTO CONTROL PANEL AND OPEN UP DEVICE MANAGER AND CHECK FOR ANYTHING THAT SHOULDNT BE THERE, LIKE CHECK MARKS, YELLOW, RED, ORANGE,
RED XX, CLICK ON THE DEVICE.

IF THAT IS OKAY GO INTO CONTROL PANEL TO SYNC THIS IS FOR PLUG AND PLAY DEVICES LOOKING FOR ANY MARKS THATR SHOULDNT BE THERE.

CONTROL PANEL LOOK IN PROBLEMS AND REPORTS, CHECK FOR ANY INFORMATION THAT THE SYSTEM MAYBE HAVING ANYTYPE OF CONFLICKS AND IT WILL ASK YOU IF YOU WANT TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM ONLINE OR OFFLINE, DO THE ONLINE IT GOES TO THE MANUFACTURE AND IT DOESNT COST YOU A PEENY.

Windows 7 and Windows Vista were built off of almost the same code. Try using the windows vista drivers anyway. If it doesn't work, you can always uninstall them.

Have just moved house and just plugged in my hard-drive but my mouse and keyboard are no longer working can you please help?

If you have vista or window 7 try to use the same usb port that you first connected your blutooth trasmitter and restrat your computer. There is a small compatibility problem with usb ports for these windows editions but it should work like the windows xp which is the recomended for this keyboard and mice kit. Another solution is to reinstall the software that came with product if any and reestablish the connection using another usb port for your transmitter. Hope this helped!

Sony Vaio running Vista Home Premium has stoped

Sony Vaio is one of the most unreliable laptops known to man, and some known to monkeys. My suggestion- save everything you want on cds/dvds and reload whendoze. After that, send it back to Sony if you can.

http://www.vaio-link.com/login/login.asp?site=voe_en_GB_cons Try that link, put in the product code and serial number. Updated drivers usually help those issues. Any drivers that come with a computer/labtop are almost always out of date.
