GO INTO CONTROL PANAL AND CHECK OUT THE FOLLOWING FOLDERS
1. DEVICE MANAGER
2. NETWORKING AND SHARING
3. PROBLEMS REPORTING
4. SECURITY CENTER
5. WINDOWS DEFENDER
6, WINDOWS FIREWALL
OPEN EACH OF THESE FOLDER AND LOOK FOR MARKS SOULDNT BE IN THERE RED, YELLOW, ORANGE, MARK ARE BAD, DOUBLE CLICK ON THE CHECK MARK, IT WILL ASK IF YOU WANT TO RESOLVE THE MATTER WITHIN THE COMPUTER OR IT ASK YOU IF YOU WANT TO GO ON LINE, GO ON LINE BECAUSE THEY HOOK YOU UP WITH MICROSOFT AND THE SERVICE IS FREE.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION AFTER DOING ALL THAT AND YOU HAVE ALL GREEN CHECK MARKS REBOOT THE COMPUTER AND EVERYTHING SHOULD WORK FINE.
