Question about Canon PowerShot A640 Digital Camera
My camera was accedently droped in shollow water.
I took batteries and card out and set it to dry out; after this proccess the camera started up, but the interior of the lenz is dirty (it has a huge water spot) and the pictures are out of focus.
I can't figure out how to clean the interior of the lenz.
Any help would be appreciated.
Its a big job, If your petty handy, You have to start from the back of the camera, Remove rear cover,Then front cover, Next lcd Display unit, Hopefully your haven\'t put the battery\'s in the camera for a while because the flash has high voltage in it, if you have, You must discharge first, them take circuit board out,Then lens assy, Now the fun part, You have to take the lens apart from the back also, Like I said its a big job, Better when you get this far into the camera you just replace the lens, with a used one form a diff camera (same model )
