We have an F 36 error code, and display says to call and report code 36-2. We're on a tight budget, and with the age of this copier, higher ups don't want to call a repair tech in or replace it. I've fixed problems with it before, but this one is stubborn.

Re: Konica 3135 Copier
Solution: To reset fuser codes, perform the following steps: 1. Access the 25 mode (power the machine OFF. Hold down the 2 and 5 keys, and power the machine ON). 2. Press P-4-7-P on the key pad. (1, 4, 5, or 6 will be displayed on the copy quantity indicator). 3. Press the 0 key to change the indication to a zero. 4. Press the start/print key to enter the new data. 5. Power the machine OFF then ON to exit the 25 mode.
Note: If the F code reoccurs after powering the machine ON or following warm-up, contact service immediately. good lock

this error code means the interlock switch ms301 has failed or it could be the radf control board or the harness for ms301 it is almost impossible to find parts for these machines now. they are on the konica obsolete list sorry and good luck
The exposure lamp is located in the scanning area beneath the glass. If you choose to do it yourself you can purchase a lamp here https://www.interlight.biz/light-bulb/252254045&ID=FROOGLE-US You can get the manual here http://www.service-manual.net Be sure to follow the steps closely it is easy to do more damage than good in that area if you try to wing it. Good Luck
Well, I'm sorry to say that you're going to need a tech for this problem. You have a fuser problem...either a blown fuse, heater lamp, thermistor, or something...whatever the cause, the fuser is not heating up. And the code can only be reset within service mode, once the problem is repaired.
This is a fuser abnormality code.To reset code:Holding down "2"&"5" while turning on copier.Press P-4-7-P on the key pad.(1,4,5,or 6 will be displayed on the copy quantity indicator).Press the 0 key to change the indication to a zero.Press the start/print key to inter the new data.Power the machine OFF the ON to exit the 25 mode.If the F code reoccurs after powering up the copier will need either a lamp or thermal fuse in the fuser unit.
you have to be in the service mode.To be exact the 25 Mode.To enter turn power off,Hold down the "2"&"5"keys while turning power on.Then press the "p"key.Change the number you see to 57. So now you should see P57in the display. Then change the value from 1 to 0,then press Print. That holds it in memory. Then just turn off and back on.
