Outdoor expedition deluxe smoker. Place stand (black metal with leg on each corner) on level surface. place metho cups in the holes and add metho 1/4 cup. place the large metal dish on top with the handles provided inserted into the holes on the side in such a way that they clamp the lid down when fitted. spread about a table spoon (experiment for taste) of sawdust over bottom of metal dish. It can be dampened. Put drip tray on top of sawdust. push metal rack with side arms up into metal dish. (with food on it). clip on top rack (with food). Clip on lid, light burners and cook for around 15 minutes. Bon apetit.
I think you will find that the welding where the tubular support post is attached to the box section of the main frame has broken and the box section has bent allowing it to rest on the floor causing the machine to wobble during use. Reebok technical support will offer no solution as they say that it is due to excessive user weight and usage.
I am presently trying to prove that the problem is due to poor welding and quality control as the main frame is not a replaceable part although it is listed as part 27 in the parts list and exploded diagram.
You would have thought a major company like Reebok would offer a solution to the obvious build quality of this machine!
my wife has one and it sounds like you might have opened it up to far like she did. I had to pop off the plastic end caps (where the steps pivot) with a screw driver. Once the caps are off you'll see a c-clip on each side which you can remove by using a screwdriver and a small hammer to drive them off and once they're off you can remove the steps and re-install them at the lower position and then re-install the c-clips and plastic caps
