If you dont want to have to upgrade your power supply. your pc only has a 350w in it.
i would suggest the Nvidia 8800 GT if you dont have a budget or the 8800 GS if you dont want to spend too much.
both run 512mb and are superb for gaming. make sure you get some extra cooling in your pc so as not to overheat, these cards put out quite a bit of extra heat.
both are compatible with the dimension 8400.

I install juiced 2 but they told me about SHADER 3 GRAPHICS CARD

All latest PC games requires shader model 3 graphics card. Actually juiced 2 is a high graphic oriented game requiring shader model 3. So, you must upgrade the video memory by adding a latest graphics card with shader model 3.Graphic card like,
Nvidia 6600 and higher has shader model 3.0 ATI x1xxx or higher has shader model 3.0 some X800 were also shader model 3.0.
Before you buy any new graphic card you need to discover which card your motherboard supports.
Good luck!!!

Graphics are TOO low

If it is to low, or slow refreshing rate when using to play game or when using high end apllication, then that means your graphic card is lacking power due to gpu speed, or under powered gpu memory. Usually onboard graphic card with the motherboard are really low ends. You can buy a graphic card of better performance and installed on your expansion slot. In your case it is a AGP expansion slot for the video card and you will need to buy a AGP video card, nvidia or ati 7,8 series or the ati X1600 seriers + or HD series, the 9 seriess (9600+) are kinda out of dated. don't settle for lower series as they are outdate and under performance as well, all depending on what apllication you need them for, for latest high end games or digital imaging, or superior HD programing, then minus replace the who combo thing.

Can i play age of empires III with radeon7000/radeon ve family

These are the oficial requirements:
  • Microsoft® Windows® XP
  • PC with 1.4 GHz equivalent or higher processor
  • 256 MB of system RAM
  • 2 GB available hard disk space
  • 32x speed or faster CD-ROM drive
  • 64 MB video card with support for hardware transformation and lighting required
  • Sound card, speakers or headphones required for audio
  • Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device
  • 56.6 Kbps or better modem for online play

  • So judging by the listed above you could play, but set the graphics detail to medium first and if the game moves in slow motion, set them on low details.

    Slow Graphic Acceleration

i play WoW and i recommend you get at least 2Gig memory and with that card you need to run the game in low settings. The 5200 series card is not high end gaming card. If you have pci express slot i highly recommend a 9600GT. But first upgrade to 2Gig RAM

    High end games wont work

The graphics adapter you have installed is a low end adapter and the 128MB is shared so it is very limited in its performance. You need to upgrade the adapter as this is a built in and you cannot add video memory. Hope this helps.

Playing high graphics games on acer aspire 4315

Check the requirements printed at the back of each game. this will tell you if the game runs. If some game is slow try disabling the antivirus while you run the game, remember to restart antivirus afterward.
Do not use software accelerator, majority of them are useless, some of them carries malaware and viruses.
