Re: i have a laptop E500-LA2M4A2 it is not start properly
Try starting your system in the 'Safe mode' by pressing F8 right after you turn the power on.
This will (should) bring up a short menu of boot possibilities.
Choose 'Safe Mode' and if you can get to your Desktop (which will look strange) run the restore routine and choose a restore date from before you first had the problem.
Incidentally, if you had a text message concerning the blue screen, you should always include that in your request for help.

Check out your manual and look for the section regarding connecting to your home network. The tv set must detect the network for it to properly set up the connection after you give it the name and password to your account.. Check for the network working properly with your laptop or other device(s). If those units connect then the problem has to be with the wireless circuits of your tv.
Can also try resetting the set to factory condition and starting anew with the setup procedure. Also unplug the set while it is on - then while unplugged press in the "on" button on set for about thirty seconds. Then replug set and try again.
If filter capacitors are puffed up on power board they are going to have to be replaced---actually good news as 8 of 10 times when this happens (one or more puffed up) when replaced the set works again.
Have you read the manual on how to start the TV? Make sure that all plugs are in their proper place. On the remote I presume there is a knob called input push that ,then the possibilities of connection shouldcomeupon the screen. If you get your TV signals via antenna-OK there. To my mind it depends on how your signals come in your TV where you OK the input. Hope you manage, kolla
Very easy and cheap to fix. Go to Home Depot in the building section they sell magnets to pick up nails that fall off roofs,it cost about thirty dollars. Simply pass it over screen(it's OK to touch screen) very slowly. The great thing about this suggestion is that if it doesn't work, take it back for full refund. I sweep my scren about once a month. I have personally replaces my lamp as well as color wheel.
Set the TV input to PC (that's ViewSonic's term for the VGA port).
Setting the computer to output to the PC may depend on your OS (XP, Vista). Reboot the computer after connecting the monitor and see if new hardware is found. Reboot again if you have a flickering screen. In Vista, right clicking on the desktop brings up various video and desktop options. Choose Screen Resolution and look for the multiple monitors line. Click Apply and OK after setting your desired output. In the Screen Resolution window you should see two monitor boxes (labeled 1 and 2) if the computer sees the monitor.
If the second monitor is not showing up (no new hardware found), check your BIOS and device drivers to see if you need to enable or update the drivers for the VGA port. Check your manual for the BIOS (often it is click F1 or F2 before the OS loads; it's often tricky timing and I have to try repeatedly). Device manager will have a red x if the port is disabled; the exclamation point (yellow triangle) indicates driver issues.
I realize this is nearly a year after you posted your questions but I hope it will help the next person searching for answers on this TV.
