Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
MP3 is frozen i've tried charging it and hooking it up to my computer to manipulate the music as i always do and my computer now says it's not detecting the mp3 player when it did before. it doesn't show the music and it doesn't even turn on anymore. what can i do?
You should try to reset it...take the sansa mp3 player and take the 4 screws out of the back and then remove the metal casing...then take the battery out....leave the battery out and press the power button....after you do that put the case back on and plug it into your computer if that dont work i would take the back off and then the face plate off and clean all the internal compnets....soon i will have a video showing how to do that on youtube....check frequently... www.youtube.com/stonedfly2 i will have it up this weekend
