I don't know the model # but its a kenmore oven and my daughter left her finger on the stop button too long and so the oven door automatically locked us out. I can't find the book for it

According to the eHow website,
"press and hold the stop/clear button for 3 seconds to unlock the door."
(it's the same to lock the door in the first place.)

According to the Just Answer website, either press and hold the stop/clear button for 3 seconds or 5 seconds, (A beep will sound. The "DOOR LOCKED" will continue to flash until the oven door has completely unlocked and the lock icon light has cleared.) or you have to press the button 3 times quickly.

Is there a way to turn off the fan in the oven, and still use the oven to cook? My oven is far too fierce.

Unless your fan oven specifically has a control to turn off the fan, then the answer is "no". Disabling the fan will cause the element to overheat and fail.

Fan ovens are far more efficient for most types of cooking, but you have to adapt by using either shorter cooking times, lower temperatures or both. Many ready meals have separate fan oven instructions for this exact reason and you can search the web and buy books for recipes and methods specifically aimed at fan oven users. Once you're used to fan cooking you'll hate using regular ovens again.

I hope that you have found my answer to be of use and ask only that you return the favour by rating my answer.

Automatic button on lower oven

This is how I reset my U1420NOGB/FD7907 NEFF double electric oven that I inherited also without an instruction book.
There are 4 buttons in a row and then a timer knob that moves left and right. The first button is black, second has an arrow,,third has an arrow and fourth a hand symbol on it.Hold down together, the black button and the arrow button next to it.Without releasing either, twist the timer knob clockwise(to the right)until correct time is showing.Do not release the other buttons at all ,until time is ok.If you miss correct time keep going ,dont go backwards. When time is correct,,release black and arrow buttons and auto will stop flashng ,and oven work.If auto doesn,t stop flashing at this point press the button with hand symbol (manual)on it once.

Diplomat Oven ADP3650 Instructions

User manuals are hard to find.
The problem I had was setting the clock on a single Diplomat oven, with no clock button. Here's my solution :

DIPLOMAT OVEN OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The Diplomat single oven is controlled by two knobs and a set of buttons along the middle of the control panel.
The left knob sets the temperature of the oven, while the right knob selects the function to be performed, e.g. fan oven, grill, etc.
The buttons along the middle set the cooker clock, the start and end times of cooking, and the “+” and “-“ buttons will increase or decrease the time shown on the cooker’s clock.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OVEN WILL NOT OPERATE UNTIL THE CLOCK IS SET.
If there is any interruption to the power supply (including manually switching off at the main switch) the oven will not operate until the clock is reset.
Here’s how to set the clock:
First press simultaneously the first two buttons to the left of the control panel. They are marked as a Bell symbol (Alarm) , and a steaming Cooking Pot (Start of Cooking Time). Then immediately press the plus “+” or minus “-“ buttons to increase or decrease the time displayed. When the desired time has been reached, leave it for a few seconds, and it will remain set at this time. Any further changes to the displayed time will require this procedure to be repeated.
Hope this helps!

New world 90TCgyro fan oven timer

From the New World Web site: "How do I set my timer/programmer into manual when it is set in auto? (5 & 6 button versions) On your timer there are two buttons, which read "cook time" and "ready time". If your timer is in automatic, you can return it to manual by pressing these two buttons simultaneously. REMEMBER - if your oven is in automatic it will not work until the time you set it to come on or if you return it to manual." Baumatic bt180 oven

assume a fan oven.does fan turn and oven light come on? if so problem is the circular element. if no fan and no oven light, then clock probably needs setting - this will be in instruction book. clocks sometimes go wrong but not often. if clock is faulty, a cheap repair is to bypass the clock so auto function no longer works
