Go to menu
a new menu should come up
click on nagravision
on provider id change to your provider (ntl, telewest etc.)
Go down to key number
change to 1
Go to key data
type in number 01 code (letters are shown at bottom to help)
go back to key number and change to 2
go to key data and type in code 2
then exit and channels should be fixed
