AT MY OFFICE, WE USE THE HP LASERJET 3050 ALL IN ONE PRINTER BUT USE IT MAINLY AS OUR FAX MACHINE. I HAVE TO SEND ONE FAX TO MULTIPLE FAX NUMBERS AND IT TAKES FOREVER FAXING THE SAME PAGE OVER AND OVER TO DIFFERENT FAX NUMBERS. IS THERE A WAY I CAN SEND TO ALL OR A SELECT NUMBER OF RECIPIENTS FOR THIS?

Given the model of the printer you indicated, I assume your use of the word "send" is in reference to the fax function. Sending a fax to multiple recipients is actually quite easy! Here's how you do it:
1. Load your document into the ADF (automatic document feeder) 2. Dial the fax number of your first recipient 3. Press the button with the check mark on it (DO NOT PRESS SEND AT THIS POINT) 4. Dial the number of your next recipient 5. Repeat steps 3 through 4 until you've entered all the numbers you intend to send the fax to 6. Once all numbers are entered, press SEND
That's all there is to it! If you found this solution helpful, please leave a positive rating!
Sending and receiving faxes by using a computer This section contains basic instructions for sending faxes by using the software that came with the allin-one. All other software-related topics are covered in the software Help, which can be opened from the software-program Help menu. NOTE The HP fax software and HP ToolboxFX are not supported for Windows 98 or Windows Me. The HP ToolboxFX software is not supported for Macintosh. You are using Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP or Mac OS X V10.3 or Mac OS X V10.4. Enter the fax number of one or more recipients. 4. Load the document in the automatic document feeder (ADF) input tray. 5. Include a cover page. (This step is optional.) 6. Click Send Now. NOTE You can also send a fax from HP ToolboxFX by navigating to the Fax Tasks section and clicking the Fax Send button.
This model of fax is meant only for lite to moderate use when sending and recieving faxes. If you are using this fax machine in a busy office environment which is constantly receiving faxes all day or sending out faxes it does not have the memory to support this type of use. You need to go to a higher end model. Have a sales person assess your usage and they can recommend a model that would be suitable to meet your needs. HP also posts under each model description what the monthly maximum capacity each model can handle on the website.
Please make sure the machine is set for auto-receive in machine set up and make sure the phone cord is plugged into the line jack on the machine. If this machine is not on a dedicated phone line the machine (rings) should be set to pick up before the answering machine does.

While its possible, I doubt your doing it wrong...
Select [FAX], place the paper as indicated on the tray, type the number, and hit send. That's about it.
However, Fax machines will not send when attached to a digital phone network, used over IP phones, or in conjunction with DSL service without the lines being conditioned. This is a small device which hides the higher frequency noise from the fax machine. Any sort of signal shared on the lines may interfere with sending, recieving, or both. If you use DSL for example, I'd almost guarentee this is part of your problem.
