Question about Dell Pentium M, 1.7 GHz (4W884) Processor Upgrade
I'm havin a dell inspiron b130... there's a 1.8 ghz intel pentium M processor...
but for some reasons its working only at 600MHz..
My machine goes off after booting

This is a designed feature in the pentium M processors; it will work at a reduced speed to save power consumption until the need arises. To turn off this feature, go into your computer's BIOS and turn off the power save feature of the cpu.
