Many cases when a license is used up, you have a couple options. One is to purchase another license (expensive), another is to call the Tech Support for the software, sounds like maybe you had to reinstall your operating system (Windows/Mac/Linux) and the key has reached its functional limit. They maybe able to provide you a key vocally to get your software licensed/activated again.
