Question about Sony VAIO VGN-FS810/W Notebook
This works on other models, so there is a chance it will work on yours. When it opens to the screen where it prompts you to type the password, press all these keys at the same time: control, alt, and delete. It might take a few tries, but then it may take you to a new screen. Type in "Administrator" (without the quotes) into the username field and don't enter anything into the password. Try clicking the login button and see if this works. Otherwise, you may need to try something else.

It may not have a password set.
try just pressing enter.
if no password set then entering one would be wrong.
if it has no password then it would accept the blank space left when you just press enter and continue.
if not, let me know and i will try to run you through a few loopholes to get you past it.
