we would need more information before being able to help you.

Which operating system are you using? On which computer (Samsung Desktop is not enough to know, please add the specific type)?

    Kind regards,

If you have the driver cd from samsung install all of them.

If not you first have to identify the sound card you have.

Follow the steps below to do that:

Open up device manager and look for unknown devices in the list.
check the details tab in the properties of each of the unknown devices listed.

In the details tab choose hardware id in the drop down list.
The first row of letters oand numbers there can be used in google to figure out what hardware you have .
Based on what u find on google you can download the drivers and you will have sound.

If you need steps for any of this let me know.

If this fixes it please rate.

Samsung Juke Music Issue

Had the same problem with being able to load MP3 songs onto the phone but they would not play. Elapsed song time indicator remained at 0.00.

In Windows Media Player, select Sync Menu......then Samsung Juke........then Format. The warning states that you will lose all data. This only pertains to the songs that you cannot get to work anyway. Your stored phone #'s will still be there after the reformat.

I reformatted and reloaded the MP3's and everythings now works just fine.

Music will not play on my sansa shaker

Did you copy your own CD's to the computer? The default settings for Windows Media Player "RIP Music" are to rip as WMA format. The music needs to be in mp3 format. Change your settings in Windows Media Player. Tools>Options>RIP Settings. Select mp3, under the drop down menu. Best of Luck.
