A bulb blew in my tecnik cooker hood and neither the lights of the fan will work? is there a fuse somewhere that I need to change?

In case you are still looking for an answer. The same happened to me.
I found a 3-amp fuse which I changed, and now it's ok.
I removed the chimney casing and located the electrical connection into the wall. You'll find a fuse unit within the switch which swings out.

Hope this helps.

Belling cooker hood chim101 BL - light/ lamp

I just had this very same problem and believe I have solved it!
You can remove the entire light unit from the hood. On first inspection it appears to be a sealed unit that does not allow you to remove either the wires or what looks to be a regular halogen bulb. If you turn the unit so the bulb is facing you, you can gently prise the glass from it's housing leaving the naked halogen bulb exposed beneath it. You can gently pull this from the housing and buy a new one to replace it. I would advise that when installing the new one you make sure it is completely free from any contaminant as any grease etc can greatly reduce the life of the bulb. Hope this helps!
