Question about Lands Phones
Thanks to my grandaughter's infatuation with telephones she has managed to disable my beocom 6000 extension, bless her. The handset is a second 'phone remote from the base station and the display is showing ''alert view''. On pressing the ok button the message window displays ''no contact with base station''. I guess there is a simple solution in the instruction book..........if only I could find it?
I should be most grateful if you could offer a solution
I think you just need to re-register the phone to the base. Press the button on the base station (between the 2 charger pins) then go to the handset setup menu, scroll to register handset.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
