Brand and model would really help. Some handles have thin metal inserts that need carefully pried out with a small blade and then you will see the mounting screws inside the handle. Other handles have small allen head set screws in the side of each end of the handle that need loosened until the handle pulls off. Other handles have no screws showing but need pushed upward to release them from the mounting studs. Can't give the exact procedure without a model number.
Your best bet is to contact them by phone or email, from this website: http://www.coldtechcommercial.com/customer-care-page.html There is also this statement posted on their Frequently Asked Questions page: Our ColdTech Commercial products have the logo that is on the top,
left-hand side of this web page. If it does not match then it is not one
of our products. We can't speak for other companies.
There is another discontinued product-line called ColdTech that we
have no affiliation with - confusing, I know. Our commercial
refrigeration line launched Aug 1, 2011 and our thirteen digit serial
numbers resemble this: 0111053500001.

Well that is better model numbers than most people give! The first three numbers say the refrigerator is an Amana. Sometimes the Kenmore and the OEM number gets lost in the translation and it makes it a little more difficult to pick the exact model number by Amana. Sears Parts Direct you will need to put the numbers together like this=> 596.52679202 Repair Clinic can also convert model number to parts here=> 596.52679202 You can also go to Amana and begin your search by features=> Click Logo This is where Sears drops the ball and you will need to compare => side by side'sFrench Door and then=> Literature again until you see your model number
Then=> Once you see your model click=> Literature
That breaks your model number into Use and Care (1616.87 KB), Warranty (126.21 KB), Dimension Guide (78.58 KB), Energy Guide (97.01 KB), Specifications Sheet (434.26 KB) Once you find the exact Amana Model Number I will pull the Service Manual up and need to contact you a different way because they will not let me post their Service Manuals here.
