SOURCE: have sony vaio pcg-7v2l but

You are getting the model from the unit's bottom which is incorrect
Search around the lid or open <system information> window from the start menu - accessories - system tools OR Run - type msinfo32 and press enter
On the right side of system information you will find system model
Then go to esupport.sony.com and enter the model vgn... or vpc... or vgc... something you found before. If it doesnt find it there its because the model is foreign and you need to go to the sony support page from the country of purchase

How to enable bluetooth

Your computer has to have a bluetooth radio. You can check
Control Panel > System and Security > Device Manager
Do you see a Bluetooth Radio listed?

If not, you don't have BlueTooth on your computer so you will have to add a BlueTooth device by plugging one into a USB port.

If you have a BlueTooth radio, go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device and Printers > Add a Bluetooth Device

This option is used to connect a blue tooth device (e.g. bluetooth headphons) to your laptop through your bluetooth radio.

See this Windows web page for more information.
Set up Bluetooth enabled device

I will respond to any additional questions you have.

Bluetooth & sound

Generally, connecting phones via bluetooth to a laptop just allows for file transfer between the two devices. It is not to input sound from the phone through the speakers of the laptop. You would need a bluetooth audio device for that such as bluetooth speakers or headphones

Button keeps blinking

It sounds like it could be either the battery is going bad and not holding a charge or the adapter is. I have had really good luck with similar problems going to places like Batteries +, and large electronic retailers, and my favorite the small local mom and pop computer store; where I end up asking them If I could try one of the adapters from the floor model to eliminate if is a faulty adapter. Other then that I'd if its not out of warranty contact Acers online chat support at http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/service
