Hi we found that happened and we just pressed one of the buttons and it went louder again. I think you can adjust it yourself. Its happened a few times and I always managed to change it.

All electrics have gone in my gas oven, no fan, light or ignition is there a fuse or something that can be fixed by us

check if the breaker tripped, sub panel usually indoor, establish power at the power outlet where your stove/oven plugs into. If you have power at the outlet, then look for a inline fuse in the wiring.Usually located in or by the circuit board for your appliance.

Gas Odor and Oven Heating

The gas valve may be failing. The 'whooshing sound' you hear may be the gas valve closing too slowly when the oven cycles off or the cavity is filling with gas and igniting when the oven cycles on. The gas you smell may be an indication that the valve is not closing completely. This can be potentially dangerous if the oven fills with gas then ignites. I would not operate the stove any longer and shut off the gas to the stove.
