Not to grouch, but you should be more specific as I'm not sure of your specific needs.

In any case, here... take your pick.

http://www.digi.com/technology/wireless/products.jsp

All of these will out do the MaxStream for range. BPS is a different story.

If range were all you wanted, then I would go with the third from the bottom. If you need the bandwidth then the bottom is the best.

Of course I have no idea if your looking at this from a hobbyist’s point of view or from an industrial/mass production one because you did not specify. I assume you are a hobbyist and you want to buy just one unit and your not afraid to do some "adjustments" to whatever it is you decide get. If so, almost all of those units will happily modify to interface with TTL level logic and/or run off batteries.

I have a JVC VCR HR-A34U how do I connect it to a digital cable box that has 7 VCR jacks in the back.I have connected the TV and that works fine

The JVC HR-A34U only has an RF (antenna) input. You would need a converter for composite video, S-Video or component video to RF. I don't recall seeing a component video to RF converter. Amazon has several composite video to RF options. One is https://www.amazon.com/RCA-Compact-RF-Modulator-CRF907A/dp/B0014KKV7W . For this, you connect the Yellow (video), Red (audio) and White (audio) RCA outputs on the cable box to the converter. Then connect the RF cable between the converter and the VCR.

I hope this helps.

(These modulators were very common back when VCRs and video game systems first came out. Most TVs only had the RF inputs at the time and the video signals from the new devices had composite video only.)

RF Modulators and cable connections

RF MODULATOR HOOKUP
For a TV with only a RF input jack, a RF Modulator can be used to hookup DVD players, DVD recorders and other devices which output RCA composite video and audio. For example, analog cable TV can be connected using a RG-6 type coaxial cable to a VCR or older DVD recorder's analog cable ready tuner RF input. Then as shown above, the output can be connected to the TV thru the RF modulator. The modulator outputs on channel 3 or 4 for the older TV so the TV is set to channel 3 or 4. Some RF modulators are built-in to Audio/Video switch boxes. These allow multiple RCA inputs along with RF input.

RF MODULATOR CLOSE-UP
The modulator converts signals to channel 3 or 4 so older TVs can tune them on their analog tuners channel 3 or 4.

Can you suggest me a drone that can reach a range around 2000 meters?

One drone that can reach a range of around 2000 meters is the DJI Mavic Air 2. With its OcuSync 2.0 transmission system, it offers a reliable connection and a maximum control range of up to 10 kilometers (approximately 6.2 miles), allowing for extended flight distances and exploration capabilities. Transmits and receives no modulation out

I am not an expert but I think there can be little or no modulation of the carrier wave unless there is an audio input to the modulator. Like any audio amplifier a transmitter modulator (amplitude modulation) is quiescent without an input.

If the modulation amplifier and audio pre-amp are working and modulating the carrier wave and the antenna is ok then audio modulated radio frequency must be being transmitted.

It would be an extremely good quality CB that had a modulation meter. Mostly all they have is a meter giving an indication of the rf power being sent to the antenna and that rf (radio frequency) power would be the same whether modulated or unmodulated.
The modulation envelope, incidentally, is traditionally viewed or measured with an oscilloscope.

The indicated rf power could be verified using a field strength meter but the only practical way to discover if a standard CB is transmitting modulated rf is to listen to the transmission on a suitable receiver. If the squelch is turned down it will be obvious if the rf carrier wave is being received as the hiss would be silenced. If no audio is received it can be assumed none is being transmitted.

I suggest you try another microphone and lead and if that doesn't work it is clearly a job for a repair shop.

How to fix igniter for top burners

Hello. The range you have has a spark ignitor module inside the top, beneath the cooktop. Also, there is a spark ignition harness that has the four switches(snapped onto each of the burner valves at the control panel) connected together(daisy chained) that goes to the module and the incoming 120v supply. HOWEVER, the bigger issue here is getting to the module, harness, and other parts beneath the cooktop. Gas ranges are notorious for having the mount screws seize in the burners. When removing them is attempted, the heads usually snap off causing burner replacement to be necessary(which is why I listed the part numbers for the burners and screws). The cost of this can be high. I suggest calling for service if you are at all hesitant about working on the range.

I have a rf modulator i dont no where any thing goes i tryed i just dont understand it i just brought a dvd and vhs to gether

alot of DVD/VHS combos have a built in RF modulator. Look for a coax (screw threads) output on the unit and it should be labeld either DVD/VHS OUT or just VHS OUT. If it does not have a combo out then you will need to use the seperate RF modulator.

Your combo unit should have a set of yellow red and white jacks that are labeled DVD & VHS OUT. Connect these yellow red and white to the yellow red and white on your RF modulator, then connect the coax (screw threads) out on the RF modulator to the coax jack on the back of your TV. There is also typically a swich for channel 3 or 4 on the RF Modulator, make sure you TV is on which ever channel you have that switch set to. If your RF modulator has a power light on it, it will usually not come on until your DVD/VHS is sending a signal through it and it is connected properly.

If you have an antenna or cable box, your RF moudulator should have an Antenna or Cable input jack on it that you can use.

I have an analog tv (coax cable) and a new dvd (av plugs) player. How do I inexpensively connect them? i saw the solution posted about the rf modulator. I have a digital to analog tv convertor. Is this...

NO. An RF modulator and your digital-to-analog (DAC) TV converter are 2 different devices. The DAC will convert over-the-air (OTA) digital television signals from your antenna to analog NTSC format so your older analog TV can receive OTA broadcasts. The RF modulator converts base-band video (composite cable/RCA connector, or S-Video cable connector) to channel 3 or 4, so you can watch video/audio on your set. To use both the RF mod. and the DAC converter to the same TV, use an A/B switch for F-connector coax, or follow the directions for the RF modulator to make the correct connections.

Symptom:Buzzing or motorboating sound in either the transmit or receive.
Problem: TR602 is oscillating
Cure: Replace C602 with a .01uF cap {Cap is located in the power supply board}.
RG 66,99,DX2517 Replace Q54 2SB754 60watt 7A with a higher power 2SB817 100 Watt 12A. Derating of this component will cool operation, provide better voltage stability, decrease wobble, allow voltage increase to 14.5 volts comfortably. (replace 10 volt caps in this section of the radio to a minimum of 16 volts before increasing supply voltage to this level)and provide faster swing rise time, Replace Q37 2SA473 to a 2SA1012-0 or ECG153 this will improve the clarity and volume of the modulation and it will also run a lot cooler.
