I CHECK ALL THE TONER HOPPER UNIT .I CAN FIND OUT THAT IS TONER MOTOR VOLTAGE SUPPLY IS NO CURRENT . I HAVE NO SERVICE HAND BOOK
If it;s not the bottle home position it may be you toner happer motor...clean it and try to take the bottle our and close the door and than put bottle back in

If the machine is throwing the C0070 code without the bottle being inserted than likely the worm gear of the little drive motor of the toner bottle holder is damaged.
If C0070 is only coming up with the bottle inserted, than the bottle may be wrong or damaged from previous attempts.
To reach the toner bottle holder ("hopper") mechanism you have to remove the rear cover.
