Question about Riso Office Equipment & Supplies
I keep getting a error message that the ink needs to be replaced and the ink tube is new. the red light on the light panel will not turn off!
Had this prob with a RA4050. Took out the ink tube, used a pencil to push the base up the ink tube till it appeared at the top. Reloaded ink tube and was resolved. Maybe air bubble in ink tube?
