If it is fully charged you need to hold the on button at same time as up volume to reset it..If that doesn't work .It will need a new battrey

Well you cant, you will need to do a factory reset, when the device is of hold down the power button and volume up and it should bring you to a recovery menu where you can factory reset it and get rid of the password

Enter 5 incorrect passwords and you should get a forgot password button. Click that and follow the prompts.

make sure the tablet is off, then push and hold the reset button(small hole on same side as power button), while holding the reset down push and hold the power button. continue holding both buttons until you see the "Arnova" flash screen, then release the two buttons. this should put you in recovery/download mode... it is not touch enabled though, and there are no physical buttons on the tablet, so you will most likely need the Rockchip flashing tool. You are going to have to reset the unit to factory default. That will delete all files and folders that u have saved.
