Question about LG enV VX9900 Cellular Phone
Guys i need help. my enV wont turn off and wont end calls. both of the power/end buttons are broke or something? they look completly fine and all the other buttons around them work fine! is there something i can do to fix them?
I had the the same problem. I was pissed off. But I turned my phone off(and i have the env touch).
And both of the power/end buttons are all fuctioning normally again.

This isn't really a solution but just my advice: regardless of whether it's a problem with the phone or the software, you'd have to either take it to a Verizon Wireless location to have them try and fix it (which is highly unlikely) or call up tech support. To me it sounds like some kind of software problem because it's highly unlikely that BOTH the inside & outside end/pwr buttons would be broken but ALL the other buttons on the phone work just fine. Most likely, as long as the phone hasn't been mishandled, ex.:dropped in water or on the ground, they will probably send you a "certified like new" phone in the same color/style as long as it's in stock, and then you will have to send back your phone. My one question is this: if you are not in a call but go into, say, your pictures folder or your contacts, and then push the end/pwr button, will it work then and take you back to the main screen or does it just completely not work at all in any fashion?
