Scanner lock is located underneath the scan assembly,
where the paper exits the printer. It may be stuck so
slide it back and forth a couple of times.Unlock the scanner and then press 'Stop/Clear'.
Hope this helps.
Plug a small apliance or light Into the wll otlet to determine if there is power in the outlet If the appliance does not power ON, the problem is in the power outlet. Contact your building maintenance department to check the breaker in the electrcal panel.
If there is power check that the power cord is securely plugged in to both the wall socket and in to the machine.
Turn off the power switch on the left-hand side of the machine; wait one minute; turn back on.
If these steps do not resolve the problem you may need to contact a service representative.
Best thing to do it replace the fuser. You can google a business called "the parts drop". Call and ask for Britt, He will have the parts you need at a fair price. I dont work there, but have done business with them for long time. He may also just recommend some parts to replace. But if the fuser has over 30,000 prints on it, it really is worth just putting in a new one. Its easy to reaplace. Just 4 small screws. You may want to first off, open the right side door, as if clearing a jam. One the upper rear, there is a white connector from the fuser to the frame. It may have become unplugged if the plastic cover is missing.
Once you press menu #1934 you have to then press the machine status button then scroll to maintenance, then scroll to clear memory. Once you do that repeat entering the tech mode, press machine status, maintenance and perform a shading adjustment with 5 pieces of paper on the glass, that will recalibrate the scanner.
in spec. say's so: your workcentre Pe120 have only 32 Mb memory. fax function is equipped with a 4 Mb standard memory. In spec. shows a 4mb memory is just enough for 320 pages of fax!!!
i think your problem is given from the 32 mb of memory of workcentre pe120, not from fax memory, because the faxes received or delayed is compressed with a very strong altgorithm, and these files is very small.
