If you installed the software that came with your Kodak it can

Be found in programs click on start then programs then

Find the camera software hold your mouse pointer over it and then

Different functions of the software will appear pick the one

Looks logical double click on and it this will start up the

Software in the program and look for download pictures.

Under one of the menus also there should be some instructions

In help. Make sure you have your camera hooked up and

    Turned on.

I still have no soun when i wach it through the comp help!

There is a microphone, but no speaker on the camera.

You could be blocking the microphone with your finger when filming.
The sound could be turned off/down on the computer.
Your computer software viewing programe might not be supporting sound.

If still in warranty and the problem still occures.

Hi,

yes, you can download one of thousand free video converter programs from the web. Then you can convert the videos to the avi, mpeg or wmv format.

Suddently my movies won't download onto my computer Kodak DX 6440

Close the Kodak EasyShare software from your system tray (down by the clock).
Go to www.apple.com and download apple quicktime.
After you have installed quicktime successfully, add the videos to the software.
Since the pictures were downloaded successfully, videos are also transferred.

They are usually saved in your My Documents\My Pictures\Kodak Pictures.

Can't upload videos into windows movie maker or onto laptop from kodak md1063.

Hi, as far as I know, kodak camera shoots video in mov format which can not be recognized by windows movie maker. So you need to try a professional kodak video converter to convert kodak video to wmv, avi, mpg that is friendly to wmm.

Download movie by Kodak Easyshare

Instead of using the software... Try uninstalling the software and use the Microsoft Scanner and Camera wizard to transfer photos/video to your computer. It should recognize everything on your camera, and then you can copy and paste the photos/videos into whatever folder you specify. In my experience, Kodak's EasyShare software was able to recognize .MOV movies. If your computer is slow, you might want to wait a while for all the processing to be done and check if the videos were recognizeD
