Right now you are in the Laptop PC category.
It looks as though you may need info for a Desktop PC.
After you post more info, we will get this straightened out.
Post the computer manufacturer name, and model number.
The model number for a desktop computer, can be found on the back of the computer; near the Windows product key.
Or up on the side of the computer tower.
The model number can be found on the Bottom of a laptop.

Also wish more reference to what power lead you are referring to, and what adapter?
AC adapter (Charger)?
Plug adapter for the power cord on AC adapter?
