Question about Zodiac BARRACUDA G3 IN-GRND CLEANER

Baracuda G3 zodiac

Cleaner oscillates but sucks to bottom of pool. Moves very slowly
sticking closely to bottom, when suction is decreased, works for
a while then stops. I have another one at a different home that
works perfectly. Can't understand problem. I have disassembled
it verified the float is there. It still manages to take lots of small
leaves out of the pool if it ever gets to them.

Check your pool cleaners hose to make sure that it is not becoming tangled. Storing the hose in a coiled position will cause this. If it is not moving and it is not the hose, you could have a leak in a connection somewhere. If the cleaner is getting adequate suction, it should be moving. Try adjust the hose weights to make sure the cleaner is at a 45 degree angle to the pools floor.

My zodiac g-3 just does not move .I have a new filter cartridge.I have good suction to the hose.no visible obstructions. Please help.

Check suction on bottom of vac. You may have suction where hose plugs into wall but not into cleaner. If there is suction there, than diaphragm most likely has a rip or tear in it. If no suction on bottom of cleaner, than look for a broken hose or an obstruction somewhere in the hoses.

My baracuda G3 stop working is not pulsating and therefore not moving. I checked the suction and the hoses even the diaphram everything looks ok.

If you have suction at the bottom of the cleaner, there has to be a problem with the diaphragm. I would remove it and recheck.

My baracuda is pulsating and moving but surfaces

The control should be below the water, and if you cut the suction down that should help with the cleaner.

The cleaner does not move to farthest part of the pool.

Change direction of jets, reverse position of hoses, either add or remove section of hose, increase or decrease suction.
