Pop3 intermittent on Godaddy secure server with sprint wireless

Great signal works fine. I all so use outlook 2003 for my Email. My Godaddypop3 settings are as follows. pop.secuerserver.net and smtpout.secuerserver.netport 110 incoming and 80 for outgoing. Per Godaddy instructions. It has beenworking fine for years now. About a month ago it started giving me errors. Can notfind pop3 server or found pop3 server but no response from server . It mightwork 10 times in a row or not work 10 0r more times in a row. I have killedanti virus fire wall. I use Avast antivirus. It makes no difference. I have a friendwho uses sprint air card also and go daddy and he is having the same problem ontwo pc’s. I feel the problem is sprint but I don’t know where to start.
