Question about Kenmore 23822 Top Load Washer
The motor is working fine. The agitator inside the washer is very loose. seems like it has came loose from it's base. How can I access the inside to check?
Pop the top cover on the agitator.
Remove the screw inside.
Remove the agitator and inspect it for damage where it attaches to the transmission shaft.
