I need forget security code

hi Sunil kumar
try this one

note all data will be deleted

*#7780# FOR SOFT-RESET- does not delete user info such as contacts, sms, etc

How to do it:
- at Standby Screen type-in => *#7780#
It will ask for "Restore all phone settings-phone'll restart...."
Then it asks for security code enter factory default => 12345

*#7370# FOR HARD-RESET- deletes all user info

How to do it:
- at Standby Screen type-in => *#7370#
It will ask for "Restore all phone settings-phone'll restart...."
Then it asks for security code enter factory default => 12345

FOR FLASHING- TOTAL RESTORE: (Do this if your phone does not boot up) - you can say this one gives you the "New" OS, and of course deletes all user info

How to do it:
1) Remove the battery, and then wait for about 20 min or so before putting it back

2) Press and hold these three keys together -Green dial key, Star key[*], Three key [3]

3) switch ON the phone.

4) Do not let go the three keys until you see the WELCOME screen displayed and just let it complete the boot process

What is a problem when My Phone does not displaying the keypads when im trying to type sms or mms

Software of your phone is corrupted. easiest way out is to factory restore your phone....BUT THIS WILL EREASE ALLL USER DATA INCLUDING PHONE BOOK ENTRIES STORED IN THE PHONE MEMORY....However sim and memory card data will not be effected.........to do this...go to settings and select restore factory settings/full factory restore...ur phone will ask for security code....for code refer user manual..or enter code that u have previously changed.......if this fails then switch off phone,....remove battery....reinsert battery....press volume up,and Power button for about 15 seconds.........till boot mode appears and u get some text written on screen....using volume up key scroll thru the text and select erase all user data/restore....now press power button for about 2-3 seconds......process begins........restart phone.......this should solve the problem...........but if still problem persists then u will have to visit a service person who will flash ur set using special tool loke...volcano box.

When i switch on my phone, on the display it shows contact service what is the solution

Sounds like the phone is telling you there is a problem, with it or your service provider. Time to do as the message suggests and call your cellular company, to see what the message could mean.1. *#7780# - Restore factory settings - resets all the settings to the default ( you will not lose any data)
Make sure you back up your data as you will lose all of it when you perform option 2 or 3 on this list. The default code for ALL operations listed here is 12345
2. *#7370# - Reformat your phone (out of the box, tho keep in mind that most newer nokia phones at least n series, e series and s60 based phones have udp - user data preservation so not ALL data may be lost. still it is a good idea to always do a back up of your stuff.)
3. This you perform as a last resort. Nothing else is working.If the phone is not showing any activity, proceed with hard formatting , turn off your phone, hold the following buttons while pressing the power button. (the default code is 12345)
hard reset - hold the following buttons *, 3 (number button) and talk/green key. turn on the phone and do not release those buttons until you see the Nokia boot up screen. once you feel the phone power up you can let go off the power button while still holding all three buttons

My virgin mobile shuttle keeps turning on and off

Sometimes when mine does that and I remove the battery there is a small piece of dog hair or schmutz on the copper part of the battery.
