Question about HP 1020 Plain Paper Thermal transfer Fax
The machine will not send/receive fax, nor will it make a copy. It has an error light flashing. When pushing the buttons, the machine does not appear to be responding.
The thermal roll is basically a roll of 'carbon' like paper that is used to transfer the image to your paper (terrible technolgy, and a massive waste of money for the end user....but that's another story)...it likely needs replacing -it's only good for 300-400 pages.
